Freight transportation is provided according to FMCSA regulations, applicable state laws, and company policies. All shipments must comply with weight, size, and safety requirements.

2. Rates & Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Rates may change if shipment weight, dimensions, load conditions, or destination details differ from the original description.

3. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, accidents, road closures, acts of God, or events beyond our control. Cargo insurance covers freight only up to the declared value at the time of booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

• Provide accurate shipment details

• Ensure freight is packaged securely

• Be available for pickup and delivery

• Comply with all federal and state transportation laws

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur fees.

6. Prohibited Items

Illegal goods, stolen items, or improperly secured freight will not be transported.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
